Despite their quick realization, the car had already begun to skid and veer off course, careening dangerously toward a potential abyss. Amidst the chaos and screams of the passengers, the gripman on board bravely sprang into action. With remarkable courage and selflessness, he made the split-second decision to jump from the car and use his body as a brake to redirect the train back onto the right path, saving the lives of all the passengers on board. Sadly, the gripman's act of heroism came at a high cost. He suffered severe blood loss from his legs and ultimately succumbed to his injuries, passing away on what would have been his 25th birthday. In honor of his selfless sacrifice, the rescued passengers collectively named the car "Special 25," an enduring tribute to the gripman's bravery and unwavering dedication to protecting the safety of others.
